Our recruitment process is two-phased.
1. We conduct a face to face interview and
2. A Computer skills test.
The interview focuses on different aspects of your knowledge or abilities. Once recruited we have processes to help support you, such as a training program designed exclusively for those new to Business Process Outsourcing Work.
